For Marketing

How to position and market the HR module. (Pre-release — frame everything as "coming to Dentolize," not "available now.")

The one-line story

**Dentolize now runs the clinic and the people who run it** — hiring, leave, attendance, payroll, GOSI, and end-of-service, all in one system, all posting straight to your accounts.

The positioning that actually holds up

The temptation is to say "full HRIS." The honest, stronger claim is:

The only dental-clinic platform where payroll is part of your accounting, not a spreadsheet bolted to the side.

That is the genuine differentiator. A clinic can already do appointments and invoicing in Dentolize; now the same platform pays the staff, withholds GOSI, provisions end-of-service, and every riyal lands in the general ledger balanced to zero. Competing dental software makes you export to a separate payroll tool.

Headline messages (all defensible against the code)

  1. "Run payroll from one screen." A manager starts a monthly run, reviews a

per-employee breakdown, and processes it — salaries, commissions, allowances, deductions, loan installments, and GOSI all computed together.

  1. "Built for Saudi payroll." GOSI (employee + employer), end-of-service

gratuity, tenure-based annual leave, Ramadan reduced hours, and a WPS bank file you download straight from the run.

  1. "Your compliance clock, automated." Iqama, passport, contract, and license

expiries are tracked per employee and pushed to managers at 30 / 14 / 7 / 3 / 1 / 0 days out.

  1. "The whole team lifecycle." Recruitment → onboarding checklists → training

records → performance reviews → offboarding, plus benefits and pay grades.

  1. "On every device, in every language." Full mobile app parity and 9

languages including Arabic, Kurdish (Sorani), Greek, French, Italian, Dutch, and Polish.

Proof points you can quote

  • 5 new ledger accounts wired into the chart of accounts: employee loans,

GOSI payable, end-of-service provision, GOSI employer expense, end-of-service expense.

  • 9 languages, 537 new translation keys, hand-translated (not machine-dumped)

including the dynamic enum families (leave kinds, application stages, etc.).

  • WPS file total reconciles to the run's net pay by construction — the

export can't silently disagree with what you paid.

  • A live sandbox smoke test in the PR downloaded a real WPS file whose control

total matched the run's Total Net exactly.

Language to avoid (so we stay honest)

  • ❌ "Fully compliant with GOSI / Saudi labor law." → ✅ "Supports GOSI

contributions and end-of-service accrual with configurable rates." The rates are company-configurable settings, and the end-of-service calculation is a straight-line monthly approximation, not a certified statutory engine. Marketing must not imply legal certification.

  • ❌ "Automatic tax filing." There is no filing — the module computes and posts;

submission to GOSI/Mudad is still the clinic's job.

  • ❌ "AI-powered." Nothing here is ML; it's deterministic payroll math.

Suggested campaign beats

  • Launch teaser: the compliance-expiry reminder ("Dentolize told me my

hygienist's license expires in 7 days before I even opened a spreadsheet").

  • Feature deep-dive: the payroll run breakdown screenshot — it visibly shows

overtime, allowances, and deductions per person.

  • Regional angle: WPS + GOSI + end-of-service is a package Gulf clinics

specifically look for; lead with it in KSA/GCC channels.
