Short answer: there's nothing to market yet
This PR is plumbing, not product. It adds a health-check server and a placeholder web page so the deploy pipeline can be tested — see Overview. There is no customer-facing feature, no UI, and no new capability in this branch.
What Watchtower will eventually be
Watchtower is planned as Dentolize's internal management and subscription control plane — a tool for the Dentolize team to manage clinic accounts, not a feature clinics or patients will use. That means it is very unlikely to ever appear in customer-facing marketing at all; it's closer to an internal ops tool than a product feature. If asked, the accurate answer is: "Watchtower is an internal tool we're building for our own account-management team — it won't show up as a customer feature."
What to watch for
If you're tracking Dentolize's roadmap for external communication, the thing to note is the epic name and ticket, WT-1 / XLZ-556, so you can recognize follow-on PRs as part of the same internal-tooling initiative rather than something to route into release notes or customer-facing changelogs.
