Will clinic users ask about this?

No. Watchtower is planned as an internal Dentolize tool, not part of clinic-web, clinic-mobile, or patient-web. Clinic staff and patients have no way to reach it and nothing in this PR changes any screen they use. You should not see support tickets referencing "Watchtower" from clinic customers.

If a ticket does mention "Watchtower"

That's more likely to be an internal colleague (someone on the Dentolize account-management or ops side, once WT-1 ships) than a clinic customer. Route it to engineering rather than troubleshooting it as a clinic-facing issue — at this stage (foundation branch only, see Overview) there's no real functionality to investigate anyway; the only things that exist are a static placeholder page and a /health endpoint.
