What this is, in one line
Dentolize's webhook integration (API Config) now covers patient balance top-ups and overpayment credits, not just invoices and payments — and the setup form is simpler than it was.
What NOT to lead with
This is not a new customer-facing feature. There is no new button, screen, or workflow for clinic staff. Nothing here should be marketed as "new" to existing Dentolize users in a changelog aimed at clinic owners — it's plumbing for the (currently limited/opt-in) webhook integration that only a subset of clinics have turned on.
What's true and safe to say, once this ships
- "Dentolize's real-time integration events now cover patient balance
activity, closing a gap where balance top-ups and overpayment credits were invisible to connected systems."
- "Setting up a webhook integration is simpler — fewer required fields on the
configuration form."
What to avoid claiming
- Don't call this "new balance tracking" or "new patient wallet" — patient
balance itself already existed; only the webhook notification for it is new.
- Don't claim NPHIES or ZATCA integration is being removed as a customer
feature — those were unused internal type labels on the webhook form with no behavioral difference from the default. There's no compliance or certification story to walk back.
- Don't promise "instant sync everywhere" — this is specifically the webhook
push mechanism (API Config), which is a distinct, more technical feature from things like the WhatsApp integration or Google Calendar sync shown elsewhere in Settings → Integrations.
Audience
The realistic audience for this change is integration partners and technical stakeholders at clinics running custom back-office software, not end users. If this needs a release note at all, it belongs in developer/API changelog material, not a general product update.
