The headline

Dentolize is adding real double-entry accounting — a general ledger, financial statements, tax tracking, fixed-asset depreciation, bank reconciliation, and payroll — built directly into the clinic management platform clinics already use. This is the difference between "software that shows you your invoices" and "software that produces your books."

What to say

  • "One system, not two." Clinics currently juggle Dentolize for operations and a separate accounting product (or a bookkeeper doing it by hand from exports) for their books. This closes that gap: every invoice, payment, expense, stock movement, and payroll run posts automatically into a real ledger, with no manual re-entry.
  • "Built for how a dental clinic actually runs." This isn't a generic bolt-on accounting package — it has doctor commission accrual, insurance claim clearing accounts, lab payables, dental-specific fixed-asset categories, and doctor profitability reporting baked into the chart of accounts and reports from day one.
  • "Payroll and HR came with it." Because doctor and staff pay depends on the same ledger, this release also includes a payroll engine (automatic or manager-reviewed runs, commission policies, doctor payouts) and a leave-management module (leave types, holidays, approvals) — so the accounting story and the "run my whole back office" story are one release, not two.
  • Multi-branch and multi-currency are supported from the start: one chart of accounts, branch-level P&L and inter-branch balances, and a multi-currency exchange-rate system for clinics that transact in more than one currency.

What NOT to say yet

  • This is pre-release. Do not describe it as "available now" or "in production" in any external material. It's gated behind a feature flag and is being rolled out gradually.
  • Don't claim "one-click export everywhere." Report export to Excel/CSV exists, but only from the web app, and not for every report type yet (Trial Balance, Statement of Account, and Journal Entries can't be exported today). If export is a selling point in a specific conversation, confirm with engineering it covers what the prospect needs.
  • Don't claim automatic ZATCA e-invoice filing as part of this module. The Tax section includes a reconciliation check against the existing ZATCA e-invoicing system (flagging invoices with unreported VAT), but "generating and filing a tax return" here is an internal document workflow, not a submission to ZATCA.
  • Don't promise bank statement import or auto-matching for bank reconciliation. Today it's a manual line-entry and manual-match checklist — accurate for record-keeping, but not the "drag in your bank CSV and it reconciles itself" experience some competitors advertise.

Good demo material

The Walkthrough screenshots are real, working sandbox screens — safe to reuse or reference in materials once this ships. The Account Mapping screen in particular (screenshot #3) is a strong visual for "this understands accounting, not just bookkeeping" — it shows 43 individually configurable posting rules organized into clear, labeled groups with plain-language descriptions.
