The pitch, if a prospect asks about DHS/UAE insurance support

Dentolize has a built-in DHS (Dubai Health Authority) integration: check a patient's insurance eligibility, verify their actual coverage, and submit treatment pre-approvals to DHS, all from inside the patient's chart — no separate portal, no re-typing patient or procedure data. It follows the same pattern as Dentolize's NPHIES integration for Saudi clinics, so a clinic group operating in both markets gets a consistent workflow.

What this specific PR is, if it comes up

This PR is an internal build fix, not a feature a prospect would notice directly. It resolved a bug where the module that packages several newer features (DHS being one) for production was silently failing to include them — so the DHS code existed but wasn't reaching a live clinic. If a prospect's technical evaluator asks pointed questions about release engineering or "how do you catch a broken build," this is a reasonable, honest case study: the failure was caught, understood precisely, and fixed with no behavior change to the feature itself.

Objection handling

  • "Is DHS integration actually available today?" — Don't overstate this. As of this PR,

the feature is code-complete and now correctly ships in the production bundle, but it's unreleased/pre-release and gated behind configuration a clinic (or Dentolize) has to turn on. Check current rollout status before committing a date to a prospect.

  • "What insurance networks does Dentolize support?" — DHS for Dubai/UAE, NPHIES for

Saudi Arabia, plus standard non-integrated insurance company/policy tracking everywhere else. These are separate integrations with separate settings screens.

  • "How does approval submission work end to end?" — A clinician selects one or more

procedures in the patient chart, submits them via a step-by-step wizard (patient info, encounter, diagnosis, services, attachments, review), and the resulting approval status (pending/approved/partially approved/rejected/error) shows up back in the chart and in a dedicated approvals log.

Competitive angle

Point-of-care insurance eligibility/pre-approval, integrated directly into the chart rather than a separate clearinghouse portal, is the differentiator worth emphasizing — the workflow cost of switching screens and re-entering data is what this integration removes.
