How to pitch it

Don't pitch this as a standalone feature — it's a hardening fix to a control (company-wide logout) that already exists in the product. If a prospect asks "what happens when we offboard staff or lose a device," this is a supporting detail, not the headline:

"The account owner has a one-click 'Logout All Users' control that ends every active session for the clinic, and it also clears every device's notification registration, so a device that's been cut off stops hearing about clinic activity."

Likely objections

"So notifications kept leaking after we thought we'd logged everyone out?" Yes, prior to this fix — and only the notification channel (things like "new appointment booked," "invoice created"), never login access or patient records. Sessions were always terminated immediately; this closes a secondary channel that stayed open on already-logged-out devices.

"Do I need to do anything differently now?" No. The button is the same button, in the same place, with the same confirmation step. Nothing about the workflow changes for the owner.

"What about a single doctor logging out normally, not the whole clinic?" Not affected — that path already removed its own device's notification token before this fix.

Competitive angle

If a competitor's session-termination story doesn't also address push/device tokens, this is a fair differentiator once released: a full "sign everyone out" action in Dentolize now tears down sessions and notification delivery together, rather than leaving a partial trail.
