For Marketing
The one-line pitch
"Your clinic, summarized every night — automatically." No login, no dashboard to open: owners and doctors get a push notification when the day closes, telling them exactly what happened.
Angles worth using
- Peace of mind, not busywork. This isn't another report to generate —
it's the opposite: one less reason to log in and check numbers at the end of a long day. Frame it around the owner who's already left the clinic and just wants to know it went well.
- Two audiences, two messages, same feature. Owners/managers get the
money-and-volume view; doctors get their own personal recap. That split is worth calling out — it's not a generic broadcast, it's tailored per role automatically, with zero configuration required from the clinic.
- Multilingual by default. The notification text ships in the same 9
languages the rest of the app supports (English, Arabic, French, Italian, Greek, Dutch, Polish, Kurdish, Sorani Kurdish) — relevant for Dentolize's multi-region, Arabic/English-first positioning.
- Opt-out, not opt-in. Every user already gets both notifications on
day one; there's no setup step to advertise around, which means this can be framed as something that "just works" the moment someone updates the app, rather than a feature they need to discover and turn on.
What not to claim
- Don't imply this is a rich analytics report — it's one or two sentences
per message (invoice/payment totals and an appointment count; a completed/upcoming appointment recap). It's a glance, not a dashboard replacement.
- Don't imply real-time or "whenever you want it" — it's a single push, at
a fixed local time (23:30), once a day. There's no on-demand "send me today's summary now" trigger available to clinic users.
- Don't claim SMS, email, or WhatsApp delivery — this is mobile push only,
to the Dentolize app. A clinic owner who doesn't have the mobile app installed, or has push notifications disabled at the OS level, won't get it at all.
- This is unreleased. Don't reference it in anything customer-facing until
it has actually shipped — these docs describe the code on a not-yet-merged branch.
