How to pitch it

Lead with the pain: clinic owners already open the app at night to check how the day went — invoices, payments, how many patients were actually seen. This feature removes that step. The clinic's own closing time triggers a push with the numbers already pulled together, and every doctor separately gets their own personal "here's what you did today, here's what's first tomorrow" message.

Good discovery questions:

  • "Does your practice manager (or you) check the day's numbers before

bed, or first thing the next morning?" — either answer supports the pitch; this notification lands right at close, so it beats "first thing tomorrow" by several hours.

  • "Do your doctors know what their first appointment is before they leave

for the night?" — the appointments message answers that without opening the calendar.

Objections and honest answers

  • "Can we get this over email/SMS instead of app push?" No — this

feature only sends via mobile push notifications, to whoever has the Dentolize app installed with notifications enabled. If a prospect's staff don't use the mobile app, they won't see this at all; don't oversell it as a channel-agnostic alerting system.

  • "Can we choose what time it sends?" No — it's fixed to 23:30 in the

clinic's configured time zone, for every clinic. It's not a customer- configurable schedule.

  • "Can we get a summary for a specific date range, or on demand?" No —

it's a single nightly snapshot of that day only. There's no historical replay or on-demand trigger available to the clinic; it's not a reporting feature, it's a notification.

  • "Does this replace our analytics/reports?" No, and don't imply it

does — it surfaces a small slice of numbers that already exist in Invoices, Payments, and Appointments; anyone who wants the full picture still uses those screens.

  • "Is this per-user or per-clinic?" Per-user. Every staff member with

the right permissions/role and their toggle on gets their own copy — a clinic with three managers gets three separate summary pushes, not one shared one.

Competitive angle

The multi-tenant, multi-timezone handling is worth mentioning if a prospect operates across regions (e.g. UAE + Egypt): each clinic's summary respects its own local closing time, not a single fixed UTC schedule — so a chain spanning time zones doesn't get everyone's summary firing at the same (wrong-for-someone) hour.
