For Marketing
Should this be announced?
No. This is a bug-fix PR with no new UI, no new capability, and no customer-facing feature to name. Both changes restore behavior that was always intended — a save button that should have worked, and tag data that should have stayed in sync. There's no "we now support X" story here.
If it comes up anyway
If a support or success conversation surfaces this (e.g. a clinic mentions "the update button on user hours wasn't saving my breaks"), it's fine to acknowledge it was a known bug that's been fixed — quietly, as part of routine quality work, not as a feature release. Avoid framing it as new functionality; it isn't.
Positioning notes for later
The underlying theme — that Dentolize keeps WhatsApp conversations synced with patient records (tags, in this case) — is a small supporting data point for the broader "WhatsApp is a first-class channel, not a bolt-on" narrative used elsewhere in marketing for the official WhatsApp integration. Not worth its own mention, but consistent with that story if it's ever referenced in passing.
