Is this a talking point?

Not on its own — it's a bug fix, not a feature to pitch. But it's useful ammunition in two specific situations:

If a prospect is evaluating and hits either bug during a trial. If a prospect (or their sandbox) is on an older build and notices the calendar update button not responding, or WhatsApp conversation tags looking stale compared to the patient record, you can say plainly: this is a known, already-fixed issue, and point to the fix rather than letting it look like a fundamental product gap.

If a competitor's pitch leans on "our data always stays in sync." This PR is a small, honest data point that Dentolize treats cross-system data consistency (patient record ↔ WhatsApp conversation) as something worth actively fixing, not ignoring. Use it as evidence of engineering diligence if pressed, not as a headline feature.

What NOT to say

• Don't describe this as "WhatsApp tag automation" or a new capability —

the tagging and WhatsApp integration already existed; this PR only fixes a sync bug between two existing copies of the same data.

• Don't promise retroactive fixes for existing customer data — this PR

does not backfill conversations whose tags were already stale before the fix shipped (see WhatsApp Conversation Tag Sync). Tags catch up the next time the lead is edited or a patient is created from that conversation, not automatically.

Objection handling

"Your save buttons don't work." — That specific report (calendar break editing) was a real, narrow bug, now fixed. It didn't affect saving any other setting on that screen, only breaks edited in isolation.

"Do tags actually control WhatsApp behavior, or is that just a label?" — Tags on a conversation are used for automation/filtering in the official WhatsApp integration, which is why keeping them in sync with the patient record matters. This is plumbing work in support of that, not the automation feature itself.
