There is no new workflow to teach — both fixes restore existing screens to their intended behavior. Nothing on this page requires updating a training deck's screenshots or steps, since the UI hasn't changed. Use this page only if a trainee specifically asks about either symptom below.
If asked: "Why wouldn't the calendar Update button click before?"
Walk through the existing flow exactly as always:
- Settings → Users → (select a user) → User Calendar Settings.
- Edit opening/closing times, closed days, rooms, or breaks as needed.
- Click + Break next to a day's closing time to add a break, and pick
the time range.
- Click Update to save.
Step 4 is what used to fail silently if step 3 was the only change made. That's fixed now — no different instructions needed, no new step to add. If a trainee is working from an older internal doc that mentions "click into another field first if Update won't respond," that workaround is no longer necessary and can be dropped from the material.
If asked: "Where do Patient Tags live, and why does WhatsApp matter?"
Two places show the same tags, and it's worth being clear they're not literally the same field in every case:
- Patient record — set via Edit Patient → Tags, shown on the
patient's profile as Patient Tags.
- Lead record — leads carry a tags field too, filterable from the
Leads table's Tags column.
- WhatsApp conversation — internally keeps its own copy of the same
tags, used to power WhatsApp-side filtering/automation. Staff don't edit this copy directly; it's meant to follow whatever's set on the patient or lead.
The training point: tag edits should be made on the patient or lead, not somewhere WhatsApp-specific — there is no separate "edit conversation tags" UI, and there shouldn't need to be one. If a trainee asks how to change a conversation's tags, the answer is: edit the patient/lead's tags; the conversation follows automatically (as of this fix, when the edit goes through a lead, or when a new patient is created from that conversation).
