For Marketing

How to position and market the CRM module. Written for the team that has to make clinics want it.

Timing: this is unreleased and beta-gated. Frame all outbound material as "coming soon / private beta," not "available today."

The one-sentence pitch

Dentolize now closes the loop from ad click to paying patient — connect your Meta and social accounts, and every lead, conversation, and riyal of return lands in one place.

The story that sells it

Dental clinics spend real money on Facebook and Instagram ads, then lose the thread. The lead lands in a spreadsheet or a receptionist's memory, the conversation happens in three different apps, and nobody can prove which campaign actually filled the chairs. The CRM module makes that whole journey visible and automatic:

Ad → Lead → Conversation → Patient → Revenue → ROI, without leaving Dentolize.

That single narrative arc is the spine of every campaign, deck, and demo.

Four messages that land

  1. "Know your real ROAS." Not the platform's estimate — return measured against actual

clinic revenue, because Dentolize already knows what each patient paid. Lead with the Marketing Hub dashboard screenshot.

  1. "One inbox for every channel." WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram DMs and comments in one

place, with response-time targets so no lead goes cold.

  1. "Follow-up on autopilot." Rules assign, tag, move, and message new leads automatically —

the receptionist stops copy-pasting.

  1. "Turn happy patients into public reviews." One tap sends a WhatsApp review request with

a tracked link, with a built-in cooldown so it never feels spammy.

Proof points you can use honestly

  • Leads are deduplicated by phone number, and matching understands Arabic-Indic numerals

(٠١٢٣) — a genuinely regional, credible detail for Middle East clinics.

  • Ad spend can be posted to the clinic's accounting ledger, so ROI is measured against real

books, not estimates.

  • Access tokens are encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and never exposed — a real security talking

point for privacy-conscious owners.

Assets ready to use

The Feature Tour has clean, real screenshots: the Marketing Hub dashboard, the campaign list, the automation builder, the reviews dashboard, and the platform-connect screen. Prefer the Marketing Hub full dashboard and automation builder shots for hero imagery — they show depth at a glance.

Say this, not that (accuracy guardrails)

  • ✅ "Connect Meta today; TikTok, Snapchat and Google are rolling out." — ❌ "Works with every

platform." (Only Meta is live in beta; the others await platform app approval.)

  • ✅ "See return on ad spend against real revenue." — ❌ "Guaranteed higher ROI." (We measure

ROI; we don't promise a number.)

  • ✅ "Ask for reviews via WhatsApp with a tracked link." — ❌ "Automatically collects your

Google reviews." (Pulling reviews back from Google is a later, approval-gated capability.)

  • ✅ "Private beta." — ❌ "Now available to all clinics."
  • Avoid quoting the "1,266 requests/second" performance figure in public material — it's an

internal claim without a published benchmark (see Scope, Gaps & Honest Notes).

Who to target first

Multi-location clinics already running paid social, and clinic owners who ask "which ad is actually working?" The reconciliation and ROI story resonates most with owners who currently distrust their platform dashboards.
